Peer Review Process

  • Indus Journal of Computing and Communication employs a double-blind peer review system, ensuring that both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process.
  • Each manuscript is evaluated by two experts—one national and one international—who are selected on their subject expertise. The journal maintains and continuously updates a reviewer database to ensure appropriate matches.
  • Reviewers critically assess the manuscript’s originality, scholarly rigour, and overall contribution to the field. Based on their evaluation, they may recommend:
    • Acceptance without revisions
    • Minor revisions
    • Major revisions
    • Rejection
  • If revisions are requested, authors are expected to address the feedback and resubmit their revised manuscript.
  • Revised submissions may be sent back to the original reviewers for reassessment or considered by the editorial team.
  • Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could affect their objectivity.
  • The peer review process remains strictly confidential.
  • The final decision for publication will be after incorporation of suggested modifications by reviewers.
